Deshpande fellowship program was begun in order to empower a major untapped resource in the development field:hungry young people with plenty of potential to go for in their field who are held back only by their skil
ls and self- confidence. DFP seeks change that and help participate to realize the true potential and ambitions.
This rigorous 7½ month residential leadership development program, Through NGOs visits, village studies, entrepreneurial and Leadership activities and intensive course work, fellows gain skills needed to become true leaders in their chosen field.
With a concentration on social entrepreneurship and innovation, the DFP has transformed over 200 fellows into entrepreneurial young leaders. Kindly spread the words in your colleagues, friends and who interested to become part of the Fellowship Program.

Water Tap Install Project

 I would like to share you about the slum area water system example. This is Siddarameshwara slam area Davangere District city Karnataka many people are sharing in public place; TV channels group discussions-India is one of the developed countries but India has many problems. These pictures shown (below
Pictures) is the reality in slam area. Problem is drainage water is directly getting mixed with the drinking water.Slam people  drinking water starts they have to wait two hours because water is completely drainage water mixed. Many people are using this water alternatively use like cloth wash and other daily uses, Many people using directly used. This is problem was effects people health and prepares the daily food; drinking water problem. City Corporation and corporate are dose not working 0% per cent. I am found the problem as a Social Worker. 

After I took the problem situation photos and I shared with my friends, field work supervisor they all are supported to me. After days I was discussed with area people but someone supported others it is okay no problem like that shared. Next day’s process is I submitted this project to http://dcselead.blogspot.in/ http://www.leadcampus.org/index.html as a LEAD leader. After days I was received Rs. 1000/ and I took other help slam area people finally this problem solved and success. Finally this project under the people is drinking good water above the 30 to 40 people. I have hoped this project is modal to others.

Child Labor Increasing

 

2/ September /2012 I visited Hubli city bakery with my friends ,This picture is a mobile shot photo.  India and other  countries  governments have established  many programs  to decrease child labor  Some programs with non government organization(NGO) . some  place effectively working on this field institution  but  some many NGO's this field project working on profit way . Indian people function time speaking India and my institution 35% or 50% controlling child labor but real situation is increasing child labor. The government is changing some child labor related syllabubs, attracting   children to good education,but some familial members are dependent on  child labor income and encourage it. We should  think about this problem we  need to to make sense to solve this problem.

I have passed my post-graduation in Master of Social Work (MSW) with a 68%. My specialization is Social Development from Davangere University. Professional Excellency from Deshpande Fellowship Program in Deshpande Center for Social Entrepreneurship at Hubli. During the fellowship I have been involved in various activities. I including skills like Good communication, Documentation and Technical skills. Additionally I have experience in Marketing, Sub-sector analysis, Participatory Rural Appraisal, Health, Education, Agriculture, Livelihoods sector, Monitoring and Evaluation, Right to Information Act, Documentations and many more. I have conducted successfully eye Camps in Society and Water tap Install leadership activity.
I am currently working as a Coordinator, Eye project in http://www.sightsavers.org/ Hubli-Dharwad area. I am more interested in development sector. I am confident about my strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure situation, multi-tasking capabilities and comprehensive problem solving capacity. I am flexible in adapting to new concepts in working with a team and my ability to learn quickly and efficiently.  These skills will help me to be a potential employee or leader in this organization.
